Mollie is hiring a Junior Product Designer to contribute to the design of their Dashboard & App. You'll work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to innovate and improve financial products. This role requires a passion for design and collaboration.

Who you are

You are a Junior Product Designer with a strong foundation in design principles and a keen interest in creating user-friendly products. You understand that great design doesn’t happen in a vacuum β€” you involve your stakeholders early and often, using storytelling to bring your vision to life. You take initiative, advocate for your ideas, and manage your work effectively, always pushing for the best outcomes. You are eager to learn and grow in a collaborative environment, contributing to the Merchant Experience domain by defining a product design strategy and bringing it to life.

Desirable

Experience with financial products or services is a plus, as is familiarity with user research methodologies. You are comfortable transitioning seamlessly from research to strategy to interaction and visual design, and you have a strong desire to innovate and experiment.

What you'll do

In this role, you will enable the design for products in our Dashboard & App. You will work alongside Product Managers and Engineers to explore opportunities, improve, and launch new financial products that make money management effortless for our customers. You will take ideas from concept to reality, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that the final product meets user needs and business goals. You will identify assumptions and design experiments to validate your ideas, iterating based on feedback and data. Your contributions will help shape the future of payments and money management for businesses across Europe.
