You are a commercially sharp operator with a deep curiosity about buyer behavior — you thrive on understanding the underlying reasons why buyers choose one solution over another. Your ability to synthesize qualitative buyer feedback and sales context into clear insights sets you apart. You are credible with Sales, Product Marketing, and leadership, capable of surfacing uncomfortable truths without creating friction. You are motivated to improve win rates and deal quality, and you enjoy working closely with real deals.

You have experience conducting structured win/loss interviews with buyers, prospects, and salespeople — capturing the deal story beyond the CRM checkboxes is second nature to you. Your skills in qualitative analysis and thematic coding allow you to systematically extract consistent themes from interviews, separating genuine customer signals from internal interpretations. You are adept at identifying competitor claims, objections, and buying criteria directly from customers, contributing to a competitive claims observatory and objection playbooks.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead customer interviewing efforts, conducting structured win/loss interviews to gather insights that inform the company's strategies. You will systematically code interviews to extract themes and insights that will guide product and sales decisions. Your work will involve identifying competitor claims and objections, which will be crucial for populating the competitive claims observatory. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure that roadmap decisions and positioning are grounded in customer truth.

You will also be responsible for producing the company’s Win/Loss repository and quarterly customer insights reports, ensuring that the insights you gather are actionable and impactful. Your ability to communicate findings effectively will be essential in influencing product marketing and sales strategies. You will work in a hybrid model, balancing remote work with in-office collaboration in Dublin, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centric decision-making.
