You have a strong background in data analysis and insights generation, with experience in translating complex performance data into clear, actionable insights that drive business decisions. You understand the importance of evidence-based decision-making and have a knack for identifying trends and patterns in data. Your analytical skills are complemented by your ability to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders at all levels.

You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with operational teams to enhance service efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Your curiosity drives you to explore new ways to leverage data for operational improvements, and you are comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

Desirable

Experience in the travel or tech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with customer operations metrics and performance indicators. You may have worked with various data visualization tools to present insights in a compelling manner, making it easier for teams to understand and act on your recommendations.

What you'll do

As a Customer Insights Analyst at CarTrawler, you will be at the heart of Contact Operations, partnering closely with teams to ensure that decisions are informed by clear and trusted insights. You will analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement in service delivery and operational efficiency. Your role will involve creating reports and dashboards that highlight key performance indicators, enabling leaders to make informed decisions.

You will also collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide insights that drive strategic initiatives.
