Who you are

You have a strong background in billing operations, with experience in managing customer orders and invoicing processes. Your attention to detail ensures that all ordering documents are accurately entered into sales and financial accounting systems. You are comfortable working in a collaborative environment and can effectively communicate with both internal and external customers to resolve any discrepancies.

You are proficient in using Salesforce.com and NetSuite, having edited and approved opportunities and converted them into sales orders. Your experience includes generating invoices and delivering them through electronic procure-to-pay platforms like Ariba, Tungsten, and Coupa. You are adept at monitoring and responding to customer billing queries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

In this role, you will route incoming orders for MongoDB legal execution and maintain the Conga Legal Agreement queue, ensuring timely processing. You will be responsible for reviewing ordering documents and confirming that all details are correctly entered into our systems. Your role will involve generating invoices in NetSuite and communicating with assigned billing contacts to ensure they receive their invoices promptly.

You will monitor the internal status of customer orders and finance review queue time, working late nights and weekends as needed to meet deadlines. Your ability to communicate effectively will help you address order discrepancies and errors, collaborating with sales and financial management to resolve issues. You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction by responding to queries via email, Slack, and G-Chat, ensuring that both internal and external customers are supported.
