Desirable

What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the Identity & Security Product Management team, responsible for delivering key features within the MongoDB platform. You will define the product roadmap for IAM, Queryable Encryption, and other security offerings, ensuring they meet customer needs and industry standards. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the execution of product strategies and collaborating with engineering counterparts to deliver innovative solutions.
You will engage with stakeholders across multiple business units to gather insights and feedback, ensuring that the product vision aligns with market demands. Your role will involve prioritizing features based on customer impact and business value, as well as conducting user research to inform product decisions.
You will also be responsible for monitoring industry trends and competitor offerings, allowing you to position MongoDB as a leader in identity and security solutions. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences will be essential in advocating for product initiatives and securing buy-in from stakeholders.
