What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for escalated inquiries and concerns, ensuring that employees feel supported throughout their journey at MongoDB. You will collaborate with various centers of excellence within the People Team, including Recruiting, Total Rewards, Learning and Development, and Employee Engagement. Your responsibilities will include developing programs to enhance manager capability and leading initiatives that promote employee relations and workplace sustainability. You will also be involved in policy and process enhancements, ensuring regional compliance and fostering a culture of inclusivity and engagement. As the face of the People Team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the employee experience and driving MongoDB's mission forward.
