Who you are

You have a proven track record in partner management and sales strategy, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. Your ability to engage with Global and Regional System Integrators and Cloud Partners has led to significant pipeline growth and new customer acquisition in your previous positions. You are driven and possess superb energy, passion, and initiative, which allows you to thrive in a collaborative environment. You understand the importance of nurturing and empowering partners, resulting in mutually beneficial relationships that drive incremental value for the sales team.

You are skilled in developing and executing strategic partner strategies, particularly within the Federal and Public Sector regions. Your proactive approach to prospecting, identifying, qualifying, and growing a sales pipeline through partners has consistently exceeded booking objectives. You have a strong ability to facilitate collaboration between sales teams and partners, enhancing their sales, pre-sales, and delivery capabilities.

What you'll do

In this role, you will drive partner awareness and channel new business for MongoDB, focusing on formulating and executing a pipeline generation strategy through partners within assigned territories. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to close business and consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual booking objectives. Your responsibilities will include leading engagement initiatives to enhance partners' capabilities, helping them achieve new certifications, and expanding their impact in the market.

You will also partner with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales Enablement, Customer Success, and Solution Architects, to drive pipeline generation and deal progression. Your role will require you to proactively recruit and nurture partners, creating growth opportunities that align with MongoDB's strategic goals. You will be instrumental in developing a strategic SI partner strategy that focuses on the Federal and Public Sector region, ensuring that MongoDB remains a leader in the database market.

MongoDB offers a competitive salary range for this role in the U.S., which is between $129,600 and $162,000 USD.
