You have a proven track record in partner sales and business development, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your ability to engage with partners and drive pipeline growth is complemented by your strong communication skills and strategic thinking. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with sales teams and partners to achieve mutual success.
You are passionate about technology and have a deep understanding of the database landscape, particularly with MongoDB. Your initiative and energy drive you to seek out new opportunities and foster relationships that lead to growth. You are comfortable navigating complex sales processes and have a knack for identifying and qualifying leads.
What you'll do
In this role, you will develop and execute a strategic partner strategy for the Brazil region, focusing on recruiting, nurturing, and empowering partners. You will proactively prospect and grow a sales pipeline through these partners, collaborating closely with the MongoDB sales team to close business and exceed booking objectives. Your responsibilities will include leading engagement initiatives to enhance partners' sales capabilities and facilitating collaboration between MongoDB sales teams and cloud partners.
You will participate in exclusive enablement programs, helping partners achieve new certifications and expand their impact in the market. Your role will be crucial in driving incremental value for the field sales team and ensuring that MongoDB remains a leader in the database industry.
