What you'll do

As an Internal AI Product Management Intern at MongoDB, you will play a crucial role in driving AI adoption across the company. You will map needs across different departments, identifying the highest-value opportunities for AI implementation. You will collaborate closely with engineers to deliver safe and effective AI tools that enhance productivity. Your responsibilities may include evaluating AI use cases, establishing standards for internal AI products, and analyzing workflow challenges to support strategic decision-making.

You will engage with various teams, including Engineering, Product, Operations, and HR, to understand their unique challenges and how AI can provide solutions. This hands-on role will give you visibility into the intersection of AI, data, product, and people, allowing you to contribute meaningfully to MongoDB’s mission of improving internal operations through AI.
