You have a proven track record in sales management, with experience in building and leading high-performing teams. You are results-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can drive revenue growth and uncover new opportunities. You are based in Gurugram and are comfortable with a hybrid working model, allowing you to balance in-office collaboration with remote work.

Desirable

Experience in enterprise sales is a plus, as is familiarity with sales methodologies that drive performance. You are adept at using data to inform decisions and track team performance against KPIs. Your ability to collaborate cross-functionally will help establish scalable processes for lead management and follow-up.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent for your team of Account Development Representatives. You will provide strong coaching and mentoring, helping your team members develop their skills and advance their careers. You will be involved in prospect qualification and discovery calls, ensuring that your team is effectively engaging with potential clients. You will provide weekly performance summaries and forecasts to senior management, keeping them informed of your team's progress and challenges. Your role will also involve collaborating with regional sales leaders to identify new opportunities and unlock new territories for revenue growth.

You will develop and own key performance indicators (KPIs) for your team, supervising their activities and tracking results to ensure accountability. Your leadership will foster a high-performance culture, where team members are motivated to achieve their goals and contribute to the overall success of the sales organization. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the sales team at MongoDB, helping to turn Account Development Representatives into successful Account Executives.
