What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for hiring and developing a team of enterprise Account Development Representatives (ADRs). You will create a high-performance culture that emphasizes accountability and continuous improvement. Your day-to-day activities will include providing coaching and mentoring to your team, helping them develop the skills necessary to transition into Account Executives. You will also be involved in prospect qualification and discovery calls, ensuring that your team is effectively managing leads and opportunities. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to establish scalable processes for lead management and follow-up, driving efficiency and effectiveness in the sales pipeline. You will track team performance and provide regular updates to senior management, ensuring that revenue goals are met and exceeded.
