Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales operations, ideally with experience in lead flow management and top-of-funnel processes. Your analytical skills allow you to assess and optimize workflows effectively, ensuring that every lead is handled with precision and care. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with marketing and sales development teams to drive conversions and improve lead quality. Your understanding of SLA compliance and operational efficiency makes you a key player in the demand generation process. You are comfortable navigating complex systems and processes, and you have a knack for stakeholder management, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed throughout the lead management journey.
Desirable
Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools would be beneficial, as would familiarity with data analytics platforms to track and measure lead performance. A background in demand generation or marketing operations could set you apart, as you will be influencing upstream processes that impact lead quality and routing accuracy. You are adaptable and open to learning new technologies and methodologies that can enhance operational efficiency.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the end-to-end lead flow processes, ensuring that every inbound lead is assigned to the right person or team swiftly and accurately. You will maintain and evolve routing logic and rulesets in partnership with marketing operations and sales development leadership. Monitoring SLA adherence for lead follow-up will be a critical part of your responsibilities, as you will establish processes to flag, escalate, and resolve any SLA breaches. You will act as the primary operational partner for marketing, collaborating closely with demand generation and field marketing teams to optimize top-of-funnel flow and conversions. Your influence will extend to upstream processes, where you will work on campaign setup, tracking, and form strategy to improve lead quality and routing accuracy. You will build and document scalable lead management workflows, ensuring that the processes you create are efficient and effective.
