Who you are

You have at least 6 years of professional software development experience, demonstrating a strong ability to write large-scale, distributed backend systems in a compiled language such as Go, Java, or C#. Your experience includes working with at least one major cloud provider technology, whether that be AWS, Azure, or GCP, and you have successfully led the launch of a new module while maintaining it in production. You are eager to tackle tough problems and possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

What you'll do

In this role, you will build and design new features for MongoDB Atlas, contributing to the development of our database as a service offering. You will lead complex technical projects and work closely with stakeholders throughout MongoDB to shape our roadmap and product offerings. Your responsibilities will also include collaborating with customers and support engineers to resolve issues and participating in our on-call rotation. You will foster an inclusive and respectful work environment, aligning with MongoDB's Core Values, while also developing our codebase, best practices, and design principles.
