What you'll do
In this role, you will work closely with the Borrowing team to develop and enhance the Flex credit card product. You will analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that can inform product development and marketing strategies. You will collaborate with engineers and product managers to implement features that provide customers with greater visibility and control over their spending. You will contribute to the design and execution of experiments aimed at improving customer engagement and satisfaction with the Flex product. You will monitor product performance and user feedback to continuously iterate and improve the offering. You will participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions about product direction and strategy. You will help create a culture of data-driven decision-making within the team, ensuring that all initiatives are backed by solid analysis and insights.
