Who you are
You are empathetic and possess strong communication skills, able to handle sensitive conversations with customers who may be experiencing distress. You understand the importance of providing support to vulnerable individuals and can remain calm under pressure. You are comfortable working in a role that involves taking calls from customers who may express feelings of distress, including thoughts of self-harm or harm to others. You are committed to making a positive impact in the lives of others through your work.
What you'll do
As a Vulnerable Customer Advisor at Monzo, you will play a key role in supporting customers who are experiencing challenging situations. Your primary responsibility will be to handle calls from customers who may be feeling vulnerable or distressed, providing them with the support and guidance they need. You will work shifts between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday, ensuring that you are available to assist customers during these hours. You will be part of the Vulnerability, Accessibility, Inclusion and Bereavements (VAIB) team, contributing to Monzo's mission of making money work for everyone.
