You have significant experience in product marketing, ideally within the financial services sector, and a proven track record of successfully launching and positioning products in the market. You understand the unique challenges faced by small businesses and are passionate about creating solutions that empower them. Your analytical skills allow you to interpret market data and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies effectively. You are a strong communicator, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with product, sales, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and success in your marketing efforts. You are adaptable and open to feedback, continuously seeking ways to improve your approach and the impact of your work.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that effectively position Monzo's Business Banking products in the market. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that product launches are successful and that marketing materials resonate with target audiences. You will analyze market trends and customer insights to refine messaging and identify opportunities for growth. Additionally, you will work on campaigns that drive user acquisition and engagement, leveraging various channels to reach potential customers. Your role will also involve monitoring the performance of marketing initiatives and adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights to maximize impact.
What we offer
Monzo offers a competitive salary range of £68,000 - £88,000 along with a comprehensive benefits package.
