What you'll do

In this role, you will play a key part in shaping MOO's talent strategy for the South African market. You will lead the recruitment process for specialized roles, ensuring that candidates not only meet the qualifications but also fit into the company's culture. You will collaborate closely with the People Team to refine recruitment strategies and improve the hiring experience. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process. You will also assist with lower-level roles and coordinator-level processes as needed, demonstrating your adaptability and commitment to the team's success.
