What you'll do

As a Recruiter at Sardine, you will play a critical role in scaling our Go-To-Market organization. You will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience from application to onboarding. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. You will continuously improve our recruiting processes, leveraging data and feedback to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. You will build strong relationships with candidates and act as a brand ambassador for Sardine, showcasing our culture and values. You will participate in various recruitment initiatives and contribute to the overall talent acquisition strategy.
