MOO is seeking a Category Manager for Sourced & Promotional Products to drive product strategy and manage supplier relationships. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings. This role requires experience in product management and sourcing.

Who you are
You have a strong background in product management, particularly in sourcing and promotional products. Your experience includes collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to develop product strategies that align with market trends and customer needs. You understand the nuances of product lifecycle management and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all products meet quality standards and customer expectations.
You are adept at analyzing market data and consumer insights to inform product decisions. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels allows you to advocate for product initiatives and drive alignment across teams. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with diverse teams to bring innovative products to market.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the sourcing and management of promotional products, ensuring that MOO's offerings are competitive and aligned with customer demands. You will work closely with the marketing and design teams to develop product concepts and promotional strategies that resonate with our target audience. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research, analyzing sales data, and identifying opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
You will also manage relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring that all products meet MOO's quality standards. Your role will involve coordinating with various departments to ensure timely product launches and effective marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for tracking product performance and making data-driven recommendations for future product development.
