What you'll do

As the Director of Category Management, you will oversee the performance of a growing number of suppliers on the Voomi platform — your primary focus will be on driving top-line growth while ensuring profitability targets are met. You will analyze supplier performance data to make strategic recommendations that enhance account growth and operational efficiency.

You will collaborate closely with suppliers to establish effective onboarding processes that set them up for success — this includes negotiating pricing, catalog offerings, and operational terms that benefit both parties. Your role will require you to lead a team dedicated to managing supplier relationships and driving category performance.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing merchandising strategies that resonate with HVAC professionals and DIYers — your insights will help shape the product catalog and promotional efforts to maximize sales potential. You will also be tasked with monitoring market trends and competitor activities to ensure Voomi remains a leader in the eCommerce HVAC space.
