What you'll do

In this role, you will act as the regulatory contact point for MoonPay in Australia, leading all compliance initiatives. You will develop and implement compliance policies and procedures that align with both local and global standards. Your responsibilities will include conducting risk assessments, monitoring compliance with regulations, and providing guidance to the team on compliance-related matters. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure that compliance is integrated into all aspects of the business. Additionally, you will stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices to adapt MoonPay's compliance strategies accordingly. You will also play a key role in training staff on compliance issues and fostering a culture of compliance within the organization.
