Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience as a data analyst, with a strong focus on customer insights and engagement metrics. Your analytical expertise allows you to identify trends and opportunities that drive customer retention and expansion. You are proficient in SQL and have experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI, enabling you to present actionable insights to senior leadership. You thrive in a B2B SaaS environment and understand the importance of data accuracy and integrity in reporting. You are a strong communicator, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
Desirable
Experience in a Customer Success or similar role is a plus, as is familiarity with customer engagement metrics and strategies. Knowledge of data quality management practices will help you maintain the integrity of the data you work with.
What you'll do
In this role, you will analyze customer usage, adoption, and engagement data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. You will package and present actionable recommendations to senior leaders to drive retention and expansion within our existing customer base. Building and maintaining dashboards to track key Customer Success metrics such as spend, NRR, churn, product adoption, and health scores will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will ensure data accuracy and maintain reporting integrity, which is crucial for making informed decisions. Your insights will directly impact how Moss helps customers realize the full value of the platform through actionable data insights.
