What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the decomposition of the autonomous vehicle operational design domain into specific capabilities. You will define the atomic system and subsystem behaviors necessary to achieve these capabilities, ensuring that all components work seamlessly together. Your work will involve extensive collaboration with development teams to align on system requirements and performance metrics.

You will be responsible for building and operating robust evaluation systems that assess the performance of autonomous vehicle behaviors. This includes developing sophisticated simulation workflows that allow for comprehensive testing and validation of system capabilities. You will utilize both on-road and simulation data to inform your assessments, ensuring that the systems you design meet the highest standards of safety and reliability.
