What you'll do

In this pivotal role, you will build and lead the new Machine Learning Acceleration team, defining the technical vision and strategy for ML acceleration across the organization. You will be responsible for recruiting top talent, mentoring engineers, and fostering a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation.

You will drive the development and execution of initiatives aimed at significantly reducing the development cycle for new ML models. This includes designing and implementing scalable solutions for data pipeline optimization, large-scale distributed training, and model optimization techniques. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and to identify opportunities for improvement.

As a hands-on leader, you will blend your technical expertise with strong leadership skills, guiding your team through complex challenges and ensuring successful project delivery.
