What you'll do

As a Staff Software Engineer on the AI Data Foundry team, you will lead initiatives to build state-of-the-art infrastructure for data processing — your responsibilities will include designing and implementing data pipelines that are performant, user-friendly, and fault-tolerant. You will collaborate with machine learning and autonomy engineers to develop a platform that enhances data discovery and supports their needs effectively.

You will also play a key role in establishing a data lineage system that tracks data usage across the organization — working with stakeholders, you will ensure that the system is widely adopted and addresses any pain points. Your ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders will be crucial in driving the success of these initiatives.

In addition to your technical contributions, you will mentor junior engineers, providing guidance on best practices and fostering their professional development. You will manage project timelines and commitments, ensuring that your team meets its goals while maintaining high standards of quality.
