Job Description
Who you are
You have 2-4 years of experience in a technical role, with a strong ability to deconstruct complex problems and identify creative solutions. Your technical depth allows you to understand APIs and authentication, as well as common enterprise platform paradigms such as tickets, groups, and approvals. You thrive in environments where you can bridge the technical with the enterprise, cultivating relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You feel most at home when collaborating with data, engineering, and customer success teams to drive product value.
You possess a deep understanding of how platforms work, including the various ways they can be customized, which can have implications for integration design decisions. Your experience allows you to build out the Moveworks 3rd party integration strategy, playing a key role in investigating, planning, and executing new integrations with ITSM, ERP, CRM, HRIS, and IGA platforms. You are adept at ensuring that designers understand customer pain points and can test their ideas rapidly.
Desirable
Experience with AI-enhanced technology and familiarity with enterprise software solutions would be beneficial. You are someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and can inspire and support engineering teams to achieve their goals through effective project definition and milestone development.
What you'll do
As a Product Analyst at Moveworks, you will be responsible for building out the integration strategy for the platform, ensuring that all stakeholders have visibility and control over the Moveworks platform. You will work closely with engineering teams to support their goals through collaborative goal setting and tactical support throughout projects. Your role will involve investigating and planning new 3rd party integrations, ensuring that the deployment team can help customers realize product value quickly. You will also support designers in understanding customer pain points and testing their ideas effectively.
