You have a strong understanding of moderation ecosystems and can navigate them with care, ensuring that your interactions resonate with the communities you engage with. What you'll do
In this role, you will be Mozillaβs voice in influential subreddits, leading efforts to engage with users authentically. You will develop and implement an organic Reddit strategy that aligns with Mozilla's mission to make the internet better for people. Your responsibilities will include creating content that resonates with technology enthusiasts and privacy advocates, as well as building relationships with key Redditors and moderators.
You will track engagement metrics and report on performance, using data to refine your strategies and improve community interactions.
