mParticle is hiring a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the vision and strategy for analytics. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new tools and features. This role requires strong product management experience.

You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in analytics or data-driven environments — you understand how to leverage customer data to drive product innovations and enhance user experiences. Your expertise in collaborating with cross-functional teams allows you to effectively communicate and align product strategies with engineering and marketing goals.

You possess a strong analytical mindset — you can interpret data insights and translate them into actionable product features that resonate with users. Your ability to prioritize initiatives based on user needs and business impact is a key strength that drives your success in product management.

You are passionate about creating inclusive and engaging user experiences — you understand the importance of diversity in product development and strive to ensure that all user perspectives are considered in your product strategies. Your commitment to fostering a collaborative team environment is evident in your leadership style.

Desirable

Experience with customer data platforms or analytics tools is a plus, as it will help you quickly understand the nuances of mParticle's offerings. Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development processes will enhance your ability to lead cross-squad initiatives effectively.

What you'll do

As a Senior Technical Product Manager at mParticle, you will define and lead the vision and strategy for analytics — this includes launching new tools and features that empower users to derive insights from their customer data. You will work closely with the product lead and other PMs to identify and prioritize strategic product initiatives that align with the company's goals.

You will engage with key users across product, marketing, and data analytics to deeply understand their challenges and needs — your insights will guide the development of innovative solutions that have a broad impact across the customer base. You will drive cross-squad initiatives, ensuring that all teams are aligned and working towards common objectives.

Your role will involve collaborating with engineering teams to ensure that product features are developed efficiently and meet user expectations. You will also be responsible for defining success metrics and tracking the performance of new features post-launch, using data to inform future product decisions.
