Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in analytics or data-driven environments — you understand the intricacies of customer data platforms and how to leverage insights for product innovation. Your strong analytical skills enable you to identify user needs and translate them into actionable product features that drive engagement and satisfaction.

You possess a deep understanding of data analytics tools and methodologies — your experience allows you to work closely with engineering and data teams to ensure that product features are not only innovative but also grounded in user research and data insights. You are a collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional settings, effectively communicating with stakeholders to align on product vision and strategy.

Your ability to prioritize and manage multiple strategic initiatives is key — you excel at balancing short-term goals with long-term vision, ensuring that your team remains focused on delivering impactful solutions. You are passionate about creating inclusive and engaging user experiences, and you believe in the power of data to inform product decisions.

Desirable

Experience with A/B testing and user research methodologies would be a plus, as would familiarity with agile product development processes. A background in customer data platforms or similar industries can help you hit the ground running in this role.

What you'll do

As a Senior Technical Product Manager at mParticle, you will define and lead the vision for analytics products, working closely with product leads and other PMs to launch new tools and features that enhance user engagement. You will conduct thorough user research to understand the needs of key users across product, marketing, and data analytics, ensuring that your product initiatives address their challenges effectively.

You will drive cross-squad initiatives, collaborating with engineering and design teams to ensure that product features are delivered on time and meet quality standards. Your role will involve prioritizing product backlogs, defining success metrics, and analyzing data to inform product decisions. You will also be responsible for communicating product updates and insights to stakeholders, ensuring alignment across the organization.
