Job Description
Who you are
You are an extroverted and approachable individual who enjoys engaging with people. With a hands-on and proactive approach, you thrive in environments that require you to be active and involved rather than passive. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills enable you to interact confidently with users at all levels, including senior leadership. You are organized, detail-focused, and reliable, ensuring that you meet the high expectations of a fast-paced workplace. Having a minimum of ITIL v3 Foundation certification, you are well-equipped to handle IT support challenges. What you'll do

You will own incidents and requests end-to-end using ServiceNow, ensuring that you meet SLA targets consistently. Your responsibilities will include supporting laptops, mobile devices, meeting rooms, and collaboration tools, as well as installing, imaging, and deploying laptops, iPhones, iPads, and MacBooks. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues, creating knowledge articles and sharing best practices actively. Working closely with business users, third parties, and IT colleagues across various sites, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the IT infrastructure of a global luxury fashion house.
What we offer
At mthree, you will be part of a vibrant culture that values inclusion, equality, and the health and well-being of all employees. We ensure that our environment supports courageous teamwork, continuous learning, and making a significant impact.
