You possess strong problem-solving abilities and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You understand the importance of effective communication and collaboration, especially when addressing user-reported issues and infrastructure alerts.

What you'll do

As a Junior Production Support Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and responding to user-reported issues as well as infrastructure alerts promptly and professionally. You will ensure that issues are tracked through to resolution, managing proactive ready-for-business checks and identifying gaps that need to be addressed. Your role will involve ensuring efficient incident management, which includes accurate communication to impacted groups and timely resolution of issues. You will work closely with the FIC Production Management team to support the trading plant and contribute to the stability of Front Office pricing, trading, and risk management applications across multiple product lines.
