Who you are
You are an experienced Account Executive with a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure. You possess strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach, ensuring that you deliver exceptional service and integrity in all your interactions. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with Sales Directors and other team members to achieve ambitious sales goals. Your ability to analyze market trends and customer needs allows you to identify opportunities for growth and drive results effectively.
Desirable
Experience in the software industry or a related field is a plus, as is familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems. You are adaptable and open to learning new strategies to enhance your sales techniques and improve customer engagement. A background in working with high-performing teams and a commitment to continuous improvement will set you apart in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own all sales activities within your assigned territory, leading prospecting efforts and generating leads to build a robust sales pipeline. You will conduct sales calls, present proposals, and negotiate contracts, ensuring that you close deals effectively while maintaining high standards of customer service.
