Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly within the financial services or fintech sectors β your experience includes successfully closing complex deals and driving revenue growth in competitive markets. You understand the intricacies of digital assets and blockchain technology, enabling you to effectively communicate the value of Fireblocks' platform to potential clients.
You are passionate about building diverse teams and fostering an inclusive work environment β you believe that a diverse workforce is essential for understanding and meeting the needs of a varied client base. Your strong interpersonal skills allow you to build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders alike.
What you'll do
As the Sales Director at Fireblocks, you will play a critical role in scaling the companyβs presence in the APAC region β you will lead a team of sales professionals, guiding them in their efforts to secure new business and expand existing accounts. You will develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with the company's mission to enable businesses to securely access digital assets and cryptocurrencies.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure that the sales strategy is aligned with overall business objectives β your insights will help shape product offerings and marketing initiatives that resonate with clients.
