What you'll do

As the Data & Insights Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that key departments have access to relevant data sources and analytics tools — you will drive the usage of data across Operations, Finance, and People teams, enabling them to make informed decisions. You will act as the primary data partner for stakeholders, facilitating their understanding of data assets and commissioning relevant analyses.
