You are proficient in design tools such as Figma, enabling you to create high-fidelity prototypes and visual designs that resonate with users. Your ability to communicate design concepts effectively allows you to work closely with engineering and product teams, ensuring that your designs are not only visually appealing but also functional and user-friendly.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design dashboards, reports, and visualizations that help admins, managers, and buyers understand collaboration health, adoption, and impact. You will translate complex datasets into clear, trustworthy, and motivating stories that showcase the value of collaboration in Mural. Your work will involve creating engaging and human-centered designs that turn data into insights, making it accessible and actionable for users.

You will collaborate deeply with data partners to leverage insights that inform your design decisions. Your mission is to create tools that support decision-making and action, helping users answer critical questions about their collaboration practices. You will also be responsible for iterating on your designs based on user feedback and data analysis, ensuring that your solutions continuously improve the user experience.
