What you'll do

In this role, you will deliver world-class, high-fidelity designs for both new and existing products, guiding them from early concept stages to production. You will contribute to and expand Mural’s design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across various user experiences. Your focus will be on driving visual clarity, motion, and interaction rigor across flows and components, balancing usability with delight. You will explore and define innovative design solutions that address complex problems, collaborating with research and product leadership to envision the future of business collaboration.

You will also be responsible for conducting user research to inform your design decisions, ensuring that the solutions you create resonate emotionally with users. Your role will involve mentoring junior designers and fostering a culture of design excellence within the team. You will participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to peers, helping to elevate the overall quality of the design work produced by the team.
