You are proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible, which you use to automate deployment processes and manage infrastructure efficiently.

You possess a deep understanding of CI/CD practices and tools, including Jenkins and GitHub Actions, enabling you to streamline development workflows and improve deployment frequency. Your experience with observability solutions and monitoring systems equips you to proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact users. You are also skilled in performance tuning and scalability, ensuring that applications can handle increasing loads without compromising user experience.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Site Reliability Engineering team at Myntra, focusing on enhancing the reliability, scalability, and automation of our e-commerce platform. You will architect observability solutions that provide insights into system performance and user experience, allowing for data-driven decision-making. Your responsibilities will include developing automation frameworks that streamline operations and reduce manual intervention, ultimately improving system uptime and efficiency.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers and product managers, to ensure that reliability is a key consideration throughout the development lifecycle.
