You have extensive experience in category management, with a strong focus on PnL ownership and operational excellence. You are comfortable working in a demanding and ambiguous environment, demonstrating the ability to coordinate with multiple teams to achieve business objectives. Your experience includes managing teams and guiding them on various operational metrics, ensuring both bottom line and top line performance.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take complete ownership of the PnL for your category, focusing on key metrics such as GMV, GM, and inventory provisioning. You will coordinate with brands to ensure the right supply and replenishments, while also driving catalog building exercises to enhance Myntra's presence in the high fashion segment. Your responsibilities will include developing monthly brand-level plans in alignment with annual targets and collaborating with the category planning team.

You will manage day-to-day operations across the category, ensuring streamlined processes are in place to maximize brand potential. This includes working closely with marketplace brands to achieve revenue targets and conducting financial reconciliations for key brands. You will also be responsible for building exclusive lines to strengthen Myntra's position in the fashion market.
