What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the strategy for securing next-generation technologies at N26, managing a talented group of engineers within the Product Security segment. You will empower your team to build automation frameworks that enable the broader engineering organization to deliver secure features efficiently. You will guide the evolution of the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC), moving from reactive gates to proactive, developer-centric security tooling. Your collaboration with product managers will be crucial in planning projects, managing dependencies, and ensuring an optimal flow of value for customers.

You will also be responsible for mentoring your team, providing regular feedback, and creating growth opportunities for team members. Your leadership will help shape a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, ensuring that security architecture best practices are adopted for microservices and mobile applications. You will champion the integration of security practices into the development process, ensuring that scalability aligns with the company's growth objectives.
