What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the strategy for securing next-generation technologies at N26, managing and growing a talented group of engineers within the Product Security segment. You will empower your team to build automation frameworks that enhance the efficiency of secure feature delivery across the engineering organization. You will guide the evolution of the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC), transitioning from reactive measures to proactive, developer-centric security tooling. Your leadership will champion the adoption of security architecture best practices, ensuring that the solutions developed are both secure and scalable.

You will collaborate closely with product managers to plan projects, manage dependencies, and ensure that the engineering teams deliver optimal value to customers. Your role will involve regular 1:1s, goal setting, and providing constant feedback to your team members, helping them to shine in their roles. You will also be responsible for recruiting and retaining top talent, creating an inclusive workspace where everyone feels valued and respected.
