What you'll do

In this role, you will own the functional quality and consistency of Core HCM and Talent solutions, acting as the lead functional partner for stakeholders. You will curate and prioritize the functional backlog for changes and enhancements, ensuring that initiatives are aligned with the broader People Technology strategy. Your responsibilities will include managing functional delivery capacity and ensuring that work is appropriately resourced.

You will lead, develop, and performance-manage senior functional specialists within the Core HR and Talent domains, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Your role will require you to partner closely with Operations and other teams to translate requirements into high-quality functional solutions. You will be accountable for end-to-end solution quality, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards.
