You have a strong background in risk management, particularly in liquidity risk, with experience in developing and implementing risk assessment frameworks. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to design and enhance methodologies for measuring liquidity risk effectively. You understand regulatory requirements and can ensure compliance while maintaining a robust liquidity position. Desirable
Experience with advanced modelling techniques and stress testing methodologies is a plus. Familiarity with European and German regulatory frameworks will help you navigate the compliance landscape more effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the design and continuous improvement of the Internal Liquidity Adequacy Assessment Process (ILAAP) framework, ensuring it accurately reflects the firm's liquidity adequacy and risk appetite. You will develop advanced methodologies for measuring liquidity risk, including internal liquidity maturity ladders and survival period analysis. Additionally, you will spearhead the design and calibration of comprehensive liquidity stress scenarios, identifying potential vulnerabilities and challenging qualitative assumptions. Your expertise will guide the Risk Controlling team in maintaining a robust liquidity position through advanced modelling and stress testing.
