Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in the fintech space, where you've developed innovative products that enhance customer experiences. Your background includes working with cross-functional teams, including product designers, engineers, and data scientists, to create and maintain successful products. You possess a strong understanding of customer identity verification processes and are passionate about delivering secure and frictionless onboarding experiences for users.
You are skilled in creating and executing product roadmaps with a focus on outcome and KPI-driven results. Your ability to engage in strategic discussions and product design ensures that you can effectively support customer onboarding and product launches. You thrive in collaborative environments and are adept at managing relationships with various stakeholders across the organization.
You have a keen interest in identifying pain points and opportunities within customer onboarding processes, and you enjoy brainstorming solutions that positively impact user experiences. Your analytical mindset allows you to run discoveries and gather insights that inform product development and enhancements.
Desirable
Experience in leading product initiatives related to customer identity verification or KYC processes is a plus. Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools for product management will help you excel in this role.
What you'll do
As a Senior Product Manager at N26, you will be responsible for driving the customer identity verification strategy, ensuring that users have a seamless onboarding experience. You will collaborate with local market teams, marketing, operations, compliance, and engineering to deliver successful product rollouts. Your role will involve defining team goals and aligning them with the broader objectives of the organization.
You will support strategic discussions and product designs within the customer identity product area, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with user needs and business goals. Your expertise will guide the execution of product roadmaps, and you will monitor progress against KPIs to ensure successful outcomes.
In this role, you will also engage with stakeholders to provide insights and support for new product launches and expansion plans. You will run discovery sessions to identify pain points in the onboarding process and brainstorm innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience.
