What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing all HR-related functions for the Nabis Woodlake Warehouse. You will oversee full-cycle people relations services, ensuring that employees receive the support they need to thrive. You will work closely with the Senior Manager of HR Operations to implement HR strategies that align with the company's mission and goals.

You will drive initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and satisfaction, while also focusing on risk management and compliance. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to enhance ways of working and ensure that HR practices are effective and efficient. You will also play a key role in talent development, helping to identify and nurture potential leaders within the organization.
