What you'll do

As the Central Operations Communications Supervisor, you will be responsible for facilitating communication between Warehouse Operations, Customer Experience, Account Management, and Brand Communications. You will ensure that all teams are aligned and informed, helping to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

You will lead initiatives to enhance communication strategies within the organization, focusing on transparency and customer satisfaction. Your role will involve regular meetings with department heads to discuss ongoing projects and address any challenges that may arise.

You will also be tasked with developing and implementing training programs to improve communication skills across teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and respect. Your contributions will directly impact the company's ability to scale and innovate in the cannabis industry.
