Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, as you can bridge the gap between customer needs and technical solutions.

What you'll do
As a Customer Engineer at Narvar, you will lead the technical onboarding process for top-tier enterprise retailers and innovative direct-to-consumer brands. Your role will involve providing consultative guidance to ensure seamless integration with Narvarβs solutions, maximizing product value and customer success. You will leverage your understanding of customer business requirements and your expertise in Narvar products to create effective technical specifications. You will develop and validate solutions using web technologies such as APIs, JSON, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript, focusing on delivering seamless customer experiences. Additionally, you will partner cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery, contributing to the overall success of the Professional Services team.
What we offer
Narvar offers a competitive salary range of $105,000β$120,000 CAD, reflecting the skills and experience you bring to the role. You will be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional results for our customers, and you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the business.
