Job Description
Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in a technical role, ideally with a background in customer engineering or technical support. You possess a strong understanding of software development and are comfortable working with various programming languages, particularly TypeScript, JavaScript, and Python. Your passion for education and enablement drives you to help customers succeed with their technical challenges. You are a collaborative team player who thrives in a strong engineering culture and enjoys synthesizing feedback to improve product offerings.
You have hands-on experience building and deploying applications using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in an accessible manner makes you an effective trainer and advisor. You stay updated on industry trends, particularly in agent engineering, and are eager to incorporate new learnings into your customer enablement materials.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead onboarding engagements for new enterprise customers, guiding them through the initial setup and helping them overcome any obstacles as they begin building on the LangSmith platform. You will create and deliver live, interactive training workshops to equip customer teams with foundational product knowledge and best practices in agent engineering. Your work will involve developing scalable enablement frameworks, including technical tutorials and reference implementations, to ensure customers have the resources they need to succeed.
You will act as the voice of the new user, synthesizing feedback and identifying friction points to inform the product roadmap in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams. Additionally, you will partner with Sales, Deployed Engineering, and Professional Services to define enablement strategies for prospective customers, demonstrating the value and ease of getting started with LangChain. Your role will require you to stay at the forefront of agent engineering in the industry, identifying evolving trends and quickly incorporating learnings into customer enablement materials.
