Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in building and scaling SaaS products. You have a proven track record of leading projects from conception to pilot usage, iterating based on user feedback to enhance product usability. You possess a keen eye for intuitive consumer-facing workflows and understand the importance of user experience in product development. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, allowing you to bridge gaps and drive alignment across teams. You are data-driven, utilizing customer and market research to inform product decisions and prioritize features that deliver value to users. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy mentoring junior team members, sharing your expertise to foster their growth.
Desirable
Experience with agile methodologies and familiarity with tools like Jira or Asana will be beneficial. A background in user research and A/B testing can enhance your contributions to the team. Familiarity with competitive analysis and market trends in the SaaS space will also be advantageous.
What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as the subject matter expert for Narvar's Track and Notify product lines, guiding the development of a comprehensive product roadmap. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define and prioritize features, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. Your responsibilities will include specifying product requirements through detailed PRDs that encompass user stories, business rules, and interaction design guidance. You will leverage customer feedback and market insights to drive product enhancements and eliminate friction points in user workflows. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to ensure successful implementation of product features, conducting regular reviews to assess progress and make necessary adjustments. You will also be involved in defining success metrics for your product area, using data to measure impact and inform future iterations.

Narvar offers a competitive salary range of $175,000—$200,000 CAD, reflecting the skills and experience you bring to the team.
