Who you are
You have a proven track record in communications, with at least 5 years of experience in a managerial role. Your expertise lies in developing and executing communication strategies that resonate with diverse audiences across multiple channels. You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly. You are a collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and you have a knack for turning complex ideas into clear, engaging messages. Your leadership style is inclusive, and you are passionate about mentoring and developing your team members.
Desirable
Experience in the financial technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with global markets. You are comfortable using data to inform your decisions and have a strong understanding of digital communication tools and platforms.
