Who you are

You have extensive experience in data migration, particularly with SAP systems, and are well-versed in the intricacies of data transformation from various sources. Your ability to analyze business requirements and define data needs for SAP objects is a key strength, allowing you to effectively lead large-scale client engagements. You possess a deep understanding of the cutover process in SAP implementation projects and are familiar with load methodologies such as LSMW and LTMC. Your technical skills include developing and implementing ETL processes on flat files, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the migration process.

You excel in coordinating with multiple functional teams, translating complex requirements into technical specifications, data mapping, and transformation rules. Your analytical mindset enables you to perform root cause and error analysis, providing actionable recommendations for resolution. You are adept at managing your time and prioritizing multiple complex projects under tight deadlines, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will participate in large-scale client engagements, leading the data migration from SAP and Non-SAP data sources to S/4 HANA or S/4 HANA Cloud systems. You will analyze business requirements and define data requirements for various SAP objects, including master data, sub-master data, and transactional data. Your responsibilities will include transforming data from diverse sources and coordinating with functional teams to understand their requirements for SAP objects.

You will translate these requirements into technical specifications, data mapping, and transformation rules, ensuring a smooth migration process. Your expertise in the cutover process will be crucial as you guide the implementation of data migration strategies. You will also develop and implement ETL processes on flat files, supporting post-load analysis and data fixes on the loaded data.
